I stayed on the second floor from May 25 to Jun 1st 2025. Every front desk staff was kind and helpful. The cleaning staff, wow beyond helpful and very willing to make sure we were happy with our room. Beds were comfortable. There was construction outside but that’s beyond control of the hotel. There is grab and go breakfast items in the morning by the front desk. Location is great as it was a short walk to the market and amazing bakeries in Astoria. Just a little walk further and you have the subway. I highly recommend this hotel and will be here yearly to visit my family.
Comfortable for a long night out only dislike is the strong smell that was hard to distinguish but it wasn't a bad smell cuz they clean but there was hair in my bath tub and one of our beds had stains and one of the towels other then that if u where traveling from really far bed was really cozy and there was lots of amenities hangers blow-dryer flat iron, TV, small fridge and stuff for ur clothes and great price they serve breakfast but I didn't see or eat there so I'm not sure there is parking in the back too lots of places to walk at night also if ur hungry
Excellent hotel offering both overnight and short stays The staff is very helpful and the lobby is welcoming There’s a snack machine stocked with a variety of items and condiments plus an on site ATM which is convenient The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the TVs are great. Overall a very pleasant experience thank you
I really enjoyed my visit to New York by staying here. The staff is super nice and accessible. They are friendly and willing to help. Also, we rented 2 rooms and both were really clean. We felt safe and stayed here with my whole family. Also the area has walking distance to several restaurants. Thanks!
Rooms are very clean and modern. Front desk is great. Location is great. Price is amazing without deposit. (Treat the rooms well and don't ruin this.) I only gave service three stars because the room attendants were too loud in front of my door.
I have stayed here 3x in the last 6 months..The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet..The staff is always friendly and welcoming..also very accommodating whether its wifi assistance or needing a taxi ..i live in Astoria and whenever i need a reset this is the place— and there’s a terrific diner nearby for excellent eats— comfort food..I love this little gem of a hideaway.. affordable accommodation and just a wonderful reprieve when it all gets to be too much — the perfect “ staycation “.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
